- Standard Shipping: Typically takes 1-2 days for local deliveries and 5-14 days for international deliveries.
- Express Shipping: Available for faster delivery, typically taking less time locally and internationally.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders of 2 or more pairs of FLACS flip flops within the USA. Please note that canvas prints are not eligible for free shipping.
2. Differences Between FLACS and Canvas Prints Shipping
- FLACS Flip Flops: All FLACS flip flops are shipped directly from our warehouse in Texas. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping locations closer to Texas are likely to experience shorter delivery times. FLACS orders are eligible for free shipping when 2 or more pairs are purchased within the USA.
- Canvas Prints: Canvas prints are custom-made and shipped directly from our production partner, Printful. Shipping for canvas prints is calculated based on the size and weight of the printed item and is shipped via flat rate. We primarily use USPS for shipping, and based on your location, available USPS options will be presented during checkout. Please note that canvas prints must be ordered separately from FLACS flip flops and are not eligible for free shipping.
3. Supported Shipping Zones
We currently ship to the following regions:
- Domestic: USA
- International: Most countries around the world.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, the shipping method selected, and the destination. During the checkout process, the total shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

- International Shipping Costs: Displayed at checkout.
- Canvas Prints Shipping Costs: Calculated as a flat rate based on the size and weight of the printed item, with available USPS options displayed during checkout.
5. Returns, Exchanges, Damages, and Lost Packages
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any issues, please review our policies below:
- Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
- FLACS Flip Flops: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us to initiate the process.
- Canvas Prints: Due to the custom nature of these products, we only accept returns or exchanges if the print arrives damaged or there is a defect. Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
- Damages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work together with you and the shipping carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.
6. Order Processing and Delivery Times
- Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days of receiving payment.
- FLACS Flip Flops: Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Orders shipping to locations closer to Texas are likely to take less time. After your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package's progress.
- Canvas Prints: Due to custom production, please allow additional time for your canvas print to be created and shipped. You will receive a tracking number once your print has been shipped.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by external factors such as holidays, customs delays, or unexpected circumstances.
